Exceptional hotel, great location, wonderful cuisine, professional staff. Large spotless room with panoramic mountain views. Fantastic spa & fitness with lovely swimming pool and variety of saunas. Outstanding food and presentation at breakfast and dinner. Memorable birthday surprise with accordion accompaniment. True Austrian hospitality and style.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The Junior Suite with Mountain View was spacious, spotless, and had breathtaking panoramic views. The hotel's facilities were fantastic, especially the spa and fitness area with a lovely swimming pool and a variety of saunas. The 'ruhehaus' provided a serene atmosphere to relax and enjoy the stunning mountainous backdrop. The breakfast buffet was bountiful, offering a wide selection of healthy options and freshly made egg dishes. The staff were professional, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.

Great panoramic views from the room and a fantastic fitness area with a lovely swimming pool. the breakfast had a good variety of fruits and healthy options. Key location with breathtaking natural elements surrounding the hotel.
The staff seemed cold and indifferent, barely showing any interest in our needs or satisfaction. Our New Year's Eve dinner experience was terrible;
